【干货码住】申请德国商品条形码全流程指南

德国商品条码统一由 GS1 Germany 管理发放,合规条码以 400–440 号段开头,可在德国全境及欧盟商超、电商、跨境渠道通用,正规使用必须注册 GS1 德国会员,不可购买二手条码。

Part.1

申请主体与资质要求

申请主体优先为德国本地合法注册企业,包含 GmbH、UG、AG 等常规商事主体,持有德国实际经营地址、有效联系电话与企业邮箱。企业必须具备德国增值税号 USt-IdNr,这是审核硬性要求。

非欧盟境外企业若无德国本地公司,无法直接向 GS1 Germany 申请,需要委托德国本地合规代理机构递交办理,或设立欧洲本地主体后再申请。

必备申请材料:德国商业登记注册证明、企业登记档案调取文件、公司相关注册文书;法人及股东身份证明文件,法人护照带签字页完整扫描件;企业经营范围说明、德国本地税务信息证明;对应产品资料,包含产品名称、规格、款式、包装实拍图以及预估需要的条码数量;委托代办的情况下,额外补充官方授权委托书即可。

完整申请流程

[敏感词]步,进入 GS1 Germany 官方网站注册企业账户,结合自身产品数量与经营规模,选择对应的会员套餐类型。

第二步,在线填写企业申请信息,完整上传全部资质材料,提交官方进入审核环节。

第三步,GS1 德国进行资料核验,常规审核周期两至四周,资料异常或信息补充情况下,周期会延长。审核通过后签署 GS1 会员使用协议。

第四步,按照官方账单完成费用缴纳,主要包含一次性入网费用以及年度会员管理费,缴费支持德国 SEPA 转账等本地支付方式。

第五步,缴费完成后,官方下发专属德国厂商识别前缀码,登录 GS1 官方管理工具,自主分配、生成对应产品 GTIN、EAN13 商品条码。

第六步,按照国际印刷标准制作条码,保证留白区域、色彩对比度、打印尺寸合规,测试扫码识别无误后,即可用于产品包装、电商上架与线下商超流通。

费用说明

德国 GS1 分为轻量入门套餐与标准企业套餐。少量产品、仅需数个条码的小型经营主体,可选择单次计费的入门方案,无常年年费;产品款式多、长期稳定经营的企业,选择标准会员套餐,包含固定年度管理费,费用按照企业年营业额分级划定,长期使用需按时缴纳年费,欠费会直接冻结条码使用权。

编码使用规则

德国合规商品条码为全球[敏感词]编码,不同规格、不同包装、不同口味、不同配色的产品变体,必须单独分配一个独立条码,不可共用。日常零售消费品通用 EAN13 条码,迷你小规格包装可使用 EAN8 短码,外箱物流整箱批次使用 GTIN14 物流编码。

使用合规与注意事项

1、仅 GS1 官方下发条码具备法律效力,欧盟线下商超、亚马逊、德亚等主流跨境平台,均严查非正规买断条码,存在下架、合规处罚风险。

2、条码归属申请企业所有,不可随意转让、售卖,企业注销后对应条码会被回收失效。

3、申请完成后,建议同步在 GS1 全球数据库录入产品信息,完成信息备案,提升跨境流通与平台审核通过率。

4、全程资料若无德语版本,部分文件需要完成德文翻译及公证,自行直申流程繁琐,境外企业普遍选择代理代办,简化资料整理与沟通审核问题。
