    埃及商标官费已于26年3月5日进行上调

    埃及知识产权局（EGIPA）已发布正式行政通告（2026年第64号及第65号决议），宣布上调所有商标及外观设计相关服务的官方费用，新规自2026年3月5日起正式生效实施。

    本次费用调整的核心要点的是：

    ①费用整体涨幅显著，其中检索费涨幅约900%、申请递交费涨幅约200%、续展费涨幅约290%；

    ②新增一项强制性服务费：所有由主管部门提供的知识产权相关服务，每项需额外缴纳500埃及镑（约合10美元），该费用适用于商标、工业设计及地理标志的所有相关程序。
