    【国知局】软件著作权质权登记线上办理今日开始试运行

    根据国知局4月10日发布的《关于软件著作权质权登记线上办理试运行的通知》：

    为进一步提升软件著作权质权登记办理效率，便利出质人和质权人申请登记，中国版权保护中心将于2026年4月15日起试运行软件著作权质权登记线上办理。

    自今日（4月15日）起，出质人、质权人及代理人请按照软件著作权质权登记系统提示，在线填报申请信息并上传相关申请文件，确认无误后提交申请。4月15日起，版权中心不再受理现场递交或邮寄纸介质软件著作权质权登记申请材料。登记后，将发放电子证书，不再发放纸质证书。

    软件著作权质权注销登记、变更登记等其他相关业务，将逐步上线，目前仍按原有方式线下办理，办理要求沿用此前规定。
