1. Edit and submit application documents

① Enter the National Application - Invention Patent Application - Unsubmitted Business Page

② You can select the electronic application file number, internal number, invention and creation name, creation account, creation time, modification account, and modification time for querying. The query results can be modified and deleted.

③ Under the National Application Invention Patent Application Unsubmitted Business menu path, click on New Application Processing to enter the New Case Application interface

④ Click on 'Add' to add an inventor. On the current page, you can also check 'Do not publish name', click 'Favorites' to save the current inventor information, and select' Add to Use '.

⑤ Click the save button to successfully add the inventor. Click the 'Add' button to select the previously bookmarked inventors.

⑥ The modification, deletion, upward movement, and downward movement corresponding to the inventor correspond to the current inventor's operation.

⑦ Click the add button in the applicant area to add a new applicant. After filling in the information, you can bookmark and save it. Be careful not to leave spaces before the applicant's name. The name contains commas and parentheses.

⑧ Applicants should check the box for fee reduction requests. (Pay attention to the format of parentheses in the applicant's name and avoid spaces)

⑨ Enter contact information or click the selection button behind the name input box to choose from applicants or previously saved contact information

⑩ For example, selecting the first applicant will automatically fill in the content

① ② Check the patent agency declaration, enter the agent information, click on the attached file, and fill out the agency power of attorney.

① ③ Click the add button, fill in the biological material preservation information, and save.

① After returning to the request form filling interface, click on the biological material sample preservation and survival certificate, and the biological material sample preservation and survival certificate page will pop up

① Click back to continue filling out the request form, where you can continue editing items such as sequence lists, genetic resources, and priority claims.

① After selecting the request for substantive examination, one can choose to postpone the examination. Click on the attached file to add actual audit reference materials.

If it is an imported case file package, it also needs to be previewed on the case editing interface to avoid previewing the file on my desk.

After confirming that the verification is correct, click the signature button and a QR code will pop up. Use the "Patent Business Processing" app on your mobile phone to scan the code and sign.
