    【版权保护中心】将建立软件版权登记申请诚信制度

    上个月，中国版权保护中心才发布消息宣布要对非正常计算机软件版权登记申请综合施策治理。软件著作权即将和专利一样，出现非正常申请的现象。

    15日，中国版权中心再次发布消息：为进一步规范计算机软件版权登记申请行为，提升登记质量，版权中心将在完善申请信息的基础上，建立软件版权登记申请诚信制度，引入失信惩戒机制；规范代理行为，引导代理市场健康有序发展。在此郑重提醒：广大申请人和代理机构，秉持诚实守信原则，以保护原创为目的，共同维护良好版权登记秩序，推动我国版权事业高质量发展。

    不到二十天的时间内，发布了两条关于规范计算机软件版权登记申请行为的消息。由此可见此次打击软著非正常申请的态度之认真，力度之大。

    所以，依旧要老生常谈的提醒大家：软著申请追求数量的时代已经过去，接下来的每一项申请，都将面临版权中心的严格的审查。因此，为了避免因为提交的质量低而在审查过程中产生的一系列问题，也避免浪费申请人的时间和金钱成本，后续提交的软著申请，还是应该将质量，放在首要位置。选择高质量的内容进行申请。不盲目提交。
