Latest Notice! Canadian Trademark Office Fees Will Increase on January 1, 2021

Recently, the official website of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office issued a notice stating that according to the Service Fees Act,Starting from January 1, 2026, certain fees related to trademark application and registration, geographical indications, official indications, and industrial design application and registration will increase by 2.7%.Please note that not all fees will be adjusted annually.
