    尼斯分类第13版已于26年1月1日在德国正式实施

    根据德国专利商标局发布的通告，《国际商品和服务注册分类（尼斯分类）》（NCL 13-2026）第13版已于26年1月1日正式生效。

    自2023年以来，该分类第12版每年发布新版本，新增和删除大量条目。新的第13版也与类别变更相关。新版包含关于：

    商品和服务的字母顺序列表，

    类别分类，

    课程名称和说明笔记。

    德国专利商标局（DPMA）将按如下规则实施《尼斯分类》第 13 版对应的修订内容：

    德国专利商标局于 2026 年 1 月 1 日及之后收到的商标申请，将依据《尼斯分类》第 13 版进行分类。此类申请所申报的商品与服务，须按照 2026 年 1 月 1 日起适用的类别清单顺序列明（《商标条例》第 20 条第 4 款）。

    类别费用的核算，以德国专利商标局收到申请当日适用的类别清单为依据。

    对于未决商标申请程序，以及商标保护期续展事宜，即便经申请，也不会基于新版《尼斯分类》进行重新分类（参见 2018 年 12 月 14 日发布的《商标法现代化法案》重要通知）。
