1. Check the application form, 2. Copy of the registration certificate, 3. Copy of the applicant's license (if the applicant is an individual, submit a copy of their ID card), 4. Copy of the agent's ID card, etc. If it is submitted by an agency, in addition to the above materials, authorization and a copy of the agency's business license and the ID card of the agent must also be presented. (All the above documents require signatures and seals)
matters needing attention:
1. For inquiries aimed at handling registration changes, if it is a change in company name, a copy of the change certificate from the Administration for Industry and Commerce must be provided, and the updated business license must be submitted;
2. For inquiries aimed at handling copyright transfer, copies of the licenses of both copyright owners must also be submitted
3. The retrieval of original archives also requires the registration of the original certificate and the explanation of the retrieval (clearly stating the reason and purpose of the retrieval), and affixing the official seal;

2、 Query the target users of the application form

This application form is a record of the search for software copyright registration information, and is filled out and used by the person who searches for software copyright registration information.

3、 When applying to query software copyright registration information, the application form should be printed online and the format of the form should not be changed without authorization.

4、 Fill in the query type

Select General Query
a. For unit queries, an introduction letter from the querying unit is required;
b. For personal inquiries, copies of personal identification documents such as resident ID card, passport, etc. are required.
If the copyright owner or their agent copies the original registration documents, they also need to present the original copyright registration certificate.
Select the public security, procuratorial, and judicial file transfer query, submit the unit introduction letter, the work permit of the staff, and the original unit official letter;
For those who choose to have their registration sealed by judicial authorities, submit the original introduction letter of the unit, the work permit of the staff, and the official letter from the unit;
For those who choose to have their registration unsealed by the judicial authorities, please submit the original letter of introduction from the unit, the work permit of the staff member, and the official letter from the unit;

5、 Fill in the information column of the query person (the provided communication address should be accurate for quick delivery)

1. If the applicant is an individual, he/she should write his/her name, ID number (passport number), contact address, postal code, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.

2. If the applicant is a legal person or other organization, the contact unit should fill in the full name, contact address, postal code, telephone number, fax number of the legal person and other organization, and designate a person as the contact person. Fill in the name, ID number, and email address of the contact person.

6、 Filling in the query item column

Query purpose: indicate the purpose of querying registration information. For example: purchasing software, handling disputes, verifying registration status, etc.

Query content: indicate the keywords such as the software copyright registration number and software name to be queried, as well as the content that needs to be understood or excerpted.

7、 The detailed address in the applicant or agent information column must be filled in with the accurate actual contact address so that our center can mail the certificate or other written emails.

8、 To improve work efficiency and shorten work cycles, various notices (such as correction notices, etc.) during the registration process at our center will mainly be notified to applicants via email. Applicants should provide a genuine and accurate email address when filling out the application form.

9、 After the query results are available, they will be notified via email.
