    【国家知识产权公共服务平台】关于用户注册及商标网上申请系统代理人员备案方式

    [敏感词]知识产权局商标局于6月29日发布通知：自2026年7月1日起，我局网上服务系统用户登录使用的[敏感词]知识产权公共服务平台统一身份认证系统，对于新用户注册，将根据时间段和证件类型采用不同的注册方式。每日8时至18时，使用居民身份证的新用户保持原有注册方式不变，在平台注册页面填写个人信息进行注册；其他时间段或其他证件类型的新用户在注册页面填写个人信息外，还需下载[敏感词]网络身份认证APP核验身份信息。

    商标网上申请系统代理人员备案及变更程序，采用相同方式。每日8时至18时，使用居民身份证办理时，操作流程维持现有规则不变；其他时间段或持其他类型[敏感词]理时，需下载[敏感词]网络身份认证APP核验身份信息后，再继续操作。
