    【版权保护中心】将对非正常软件版权登记申请进行治理

    2月25日，中国版权保护中心发布消息：为贯彻落实[敏感词]版权局《关于加快推进版权事业高质量发展的意见》，中国版权保护中心于2月14日组织召开专题会议，研究部署对非正常计算机软件版权登记申请综合施策治理。

    这也就意味着

    软件著作权即将和专利一样，出现非正常申请的现象。

    随着网络技术的发展，大家对知识产权的保护也不再局限于专利商标和版权领域。软件著作权的申请数量也在逐渐上升。如果说，原来的软著申请是在追求数量，那么每年上升20%的这个数字，让很多人开始意识到：如同专利一样，这其中不免会掺杂着质量良莠不齐，恶意申请的情况。

    当然，[敏感词]版权保护中心也注意到了这一点。如果说前几年主要是在打击专利领域的非正常申请，那么，今年官方对知识产权治理的主要目光，就将集中在软件著作权邻域上。就会像打击烂专利一样，严厉打击烂软著。

    所以，这个通知的发出，是在提醒代理机构和申请人：后续，对软件著作权的申请将会进行严格的审查。在申请前，应该对其质量进行自我把关。特别是集中申请，容易引起注意，尽量避免。
