    【国知局通知】10月起商标局文件已不再抄送代理机构

    虽然并未发出正式的通知文件，但国知局已于10月27日，在留言咨询中的商标注册业务咨询板块更新了一则关于“商标局向商标代理机构抄送文书”的相关内容。答复内容为：答辩通知书已不发送抄送件。

    10月30日，又针对内容“近期在同行群中，接收到信息：国知局[敏感词]通知：撤销、异议、无效宣告等案件的官方文件，不再抄送代理机构，仅直接寄往商标权利人的登记地址(含变更、转让后的登记地址)。请问此消息真实性，代理是否都不在抄送代理机构了？”商标局再次肯定答复：已不发送抄送件。


    这也就意味着

    商标局目前已全面暂停，向代理机构抄送撤三答辩、商标异议、无效宣告等商标申请的官方文件，仅将文件寄往商标权利人的登记地址。代理机构既收不到快递发出的通知，也无法查询到是否有通知发向申请人。

    因此需要提醒各位国内商标申请人：在商标提交申请后，需要注意关注本公司商标登记地址的快递信息。如有地址已变更，名下商标地址要及时向商标局做变更，以免重要文件丢失！
