3. Enter trademark information and intellectual property subject information

1. When selecting an authorized trademark, it is necessary to fill in the authorization information for each level. We do not accept registration of pure graphic trademark qualifications.

At present, the trademark serial number in China is the application number of the trademark. The serial number of a US trademark is Serial Number, and the registration number is Registration Number. The serial number of a German trademark is file number, and the registration number is register number. The numbering rules for EU trademarks are consistent with those for Chinese trademarks.

3. Validity period of trademark registration certificate

The validity period of a registered trademark, i.e. the R trademark, is generally the date of trademark registration plus ten years. If there is a renewal upon expiration, please repeat this process and add another ten years. Please refer to the red text box below for the registration date

Other businesses have already registered the trademark as the rights holder and it has been approved through review

The merchant has submitted the registration of this trademark in their history and needs to edit the original data instead of going through the path of adding it

Enterprise, where the trademark registrant is the main body of the company (requires submission of the company's business license)

Individuals, i.e. trademark registrants who are natural persons, are required to submit both the front and back of their personal ID cards. Submitting a photo of the holder holding their ID card and the original authorization letter can speed up the review process

6. Authorization link integrity

The application for trademark authorization requires filling in the information of the authorized person.

If the authorized person is a company, they need to submit their business license.

If the authorized person is an individual, they need to submit proof of their identity, as well as a photo of the authorized person holding their ID card and the original authorization letter

If it is a multi-level authorization, all relevant entities and certificates on the authorization link must be uploaded and submitted for review

7. After applying for trademark qualification, the status can be seen in the background, with the "Effective" status indicating that the trademark qualification has been approved

8. Confirm that the product attribute [brand name] is filled in correctly
