     Why don't I have a Deal (LD/BD) recommendation? How can I obtain Deal (LD/BD) recommendations?
(1) Why don't I have a Deal (LD/BD) recommendation?
Deal recommendations are updated weekly. If you haven't seen the deal recommendations yet, don't worry. It is recommended to check them regularly every week. Once you see the deal recommendations, it is recommended to report them all! Deal recommendations generally depend on the following common factors (subject to the latest official notification):
Self inspection of ASIN sales and other comprehensive performance:Deal promotions are automatically recommended by the system based on the sales performance of ASINs;
Check if the site is undergoing an audit or if holiday mode has been activated:Generally speaking, promotional recommendations need to wait for one week after the account review is completed or the holiday mode is closed to resume recommendations;
Check if the ASIN belongs to the category that allows promotions:Restricted products and products that are offensive, embarrassing, or otherwise unsuitable do not meet promotional requirements. Products that do not meet the requirements include but are not limited to: electronic cigarettes, alcohol, adult products, medical devices, drugs, and infant formula.
Self check whether the seller rating and ASIN rating meet the requirementsAmazon promotions require obtaining at least 5 seller ratings per month, and an overall star rating of at least 3.5 stars; At the same time, the product must have a sales history on Amazon and a star rating of at least 4 stars;
Self shipping sellers need to self check whether their account meets the requirements for participating in promotions for self shipping products (such as whether it is free shipping, whether the account's self shipping performance is good, etc.);
Self check whether there is an effective reference price:For specific reference, please refer to question 2 "How to obtain effective reference prices" below
(2) How to obtain Deal (LD/BD) recommendations?
For sellers who have not yet received flash sale recommendations, they can improve their product listings, participate in daily promotional activities to increase sales, accumulate customer reviews, and increase the chances of their products receiving Deal recommendations.
 
     2. How to obtain effective reference prices?
(1) Rules for capturing reference prices
The reference price is formed by the market price (List Price) or the original price (Was Price), and the system will prioritize reading the market price. If the price passes verification, the reference price is equal to the market price. If the market price cannot be verified, the original price will be captured as the reference price. If the market price cannot be verified and the original price cannot be captured, the product will not have a verified reference price.
List Price:The market price is provided by the seller. The market price provided by the seller should represent the price adopted by the seller or other retailers or sellers when they recently sold or planned to sell a large number of related products. If the seller does not have a ready-made market price, they can use the initial price set for the product in the past or the initial price they intend to set for the product. If Amazon cannot verify the seller's market price, it may not adopt it.
Historical price (Was Price):The historical price will be automatically calculated by the system and will change over time. It refers to the median price paid by customers in the past 90 days, excluding prices during limited time promotions.
(2) If the reference price cannot be filled in multiple times, you can try the following methods:
Firstly, please confirm that the market price/list price has been filled in and cannot be artificially high or low;
If the ASIN is an unreleased ASIN, it is recommended to try using advertising and other tools to achieve stable sales as soon as possible, obtain the original price (Was Price) automatically captured by Amazon, and also successfully have a valid reference price;
If the ASIN has already been issued, you can try setting the selling price with the highest sales volume in the past as the market price/List price for verification.
     Why is my product judged as unsafe/embarrassing/internally marked and unable to be reported for promotion?
Self check whether the ASIN belongs to the category that does not meet promotional requirements
Restricted products and products that are offensive, embarrassing, or otherwise unsuitable do not meet promotional requirements. Products that do not meet the requirements include but are not limited to: electronic cigarettes, alcohol, adult products, medical devices, drugs, and infant formula.
If the ASIN does not belong to the above category, please check whether the ASIN copy and images contain elements of restricted or sensitive goods (such as adult products, drugs, weapons, firearms, etc.). After deleting the relevant sensitive elements, you can contact seller support or account manager to appeal.
     My promotion has started, why is there no sign at the front desk? Why does my promotion report an error
(1) The promotion is not marked on the front desk. Please check if there are any errors in the seller's backend promotion:
Deal viewing path:Seller backend>Promotion>Filter out Deal activities with a status of "Attention Required". It is recommended to resolve these errors 25 hours before the start of the promotion plan to avoid the promotion being prohibited from displaying.
Prime exclusive discount viewing path:Seller backend>Advertising>Promotion>Price discount
Coupon viewing path:Seller backend>Advertising>Promotions>Coupons
(2) Common promotion error situations:
The promotional price does not meet Amazon's recommended maximum promotional price requirement;
The product lacks effective reference prices;
The star rating of the product does not meet the requirements/the return rate is too high;
The product has been deemed unsafe/embarrassing/internally marked;
The product has no available inventory for sale (such as lost shopping cart, etc.); Self delivered products do not meet promotional requirements;
Changes in product variants, etc.
     Why was my deal cancelled?
Avoid actively merging/splitting ASINs for listings that have already applied for activities. This behavior may result in the system re auditing the activity and losing its eligibility for the activity;
If there is a lack of reference price, it may lead to the cancellation of the deal;
If you change (increase) the price within 24 hours before the start of the Deal promotion, your promotion may be cancelled. When the Deal promotion is in the 'in progress' state, please do not adjust the promotional price of the product. Unauthorized price adjustments may cause system issues that prevent Deal promotions from continuing and result in poor experiences for consumers who have previously purchased the product, leading to risks such as customer complaints;
Please do not make any edits to the deal within 24 hours before starting, otherwise there is a risk of being prohibited from displaying;
Please confirm the compliance of the main image before starting the run and do not change the main image arbitrarily;
Reporting promotions through informal channels;
The Sale Price is set with a long validity period;
The quantity level of the product does not meet or is lower than the quantity set by the seller;
Available inventory is lower than the promotional promised inventory;
The sub ASINs included in the flash sale promotion cannot meet Amazon's minimum sub ASIN coverage requirement.
