    阿根廷知识产权局开始取消商标注册中的近似审查

    为加快注册的速度，阿根廷[敏感词]工业产权局(INPI)发布了583/2025号决议，对商标注册程序进行了重大改革，使其更加快捷、清晰、高效。

    1、从2025.12.11开始，阿根廷的商标正式取消近似审查，只针对显著性和公共秩序问题进行审查，商标真实所有人需要通过公告期的异议来保护自己的商标；

    2、从2026.03.01开始，阿根廷商标注册程序将加快，提交申请后进行审查，审查结束将公示，公告期仅为一天，30天的异议期结束后，无异议的情况将直接注册。


    需要提醒大家

    随着取消实质审查，注册量提升的同时，恶意抢注也会随之增加。近似商标更有可能顺利通过审查，如未能及时监控并提出异议，相关商标可能直接注册成功，后续只能通过无效程序救济，成本更高、周期更长。建议商标权利人加强商标监控，及时行使异议权。
