    【你可能想知道】撤销、撤回、变更登记和补发作品著作权登记证书常见问题及解答

    01、哪些情况下申请办理变更补充登记？

    （1）申请人名称变更；

    （2）作品名称变更；

    （3）申请登记材料填写错误，如创作完成时间、首次发表时间。

    上述情况办理变更登记。通过转让取得著作权的，应办理著作权合同备案。作品内容变化或增加时应重新办理作品登记。补充登记仅限于补充首次发表时间。

    02、撤销登记的情形有哪些？

    （1）登记后发现属于不受著作权法保护的作品；

    （2）超过著作权保护期的作品；

    （3）依法禁止出版、传播的作品；

    （4）登记后发现与事实不相符的；

    （5）申请人申请撤销原作品登记的；

    （6）登记后发现是重复登记的。

    03、什么情况下可以撤回登记申请？

    申请人在收到受理通知书后至登记申请批准之前，可以随时请求撤回申请。撤回登记的，登记费不予退回。
