Overview of Ukrainian Patents
Ukraine, capital Kiev, is located in eastern Europe, on the north coast of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. It borders Belarus to the north, Russia to the northeast, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary to the west, and Romania and Moldova to the south. Ukraine is a developing country with a relatively high level of agricultural production, but the development of industry, especially manufacturing, is relatively lagging behind. Ukraine is the world's fifth largest exporter of IT services and the largest market for software development, programming, and IT outsourcing services in Central and Eastern Europe.
The development trend of e-commerce in Ukraine is gradually blurring the boundaries between online and offline, and consumers' trust in online shopping is gradually increasing. The demand for daily necessities and children's products is growing rapidly, including shoes, technical equipment, electronic products, daily consumer goods, and cosmetics.
The current patent system in Ukraine is mainly governed by the Law on the Protection of Inventions and Utility Models and the Law on the Protection of Industrial Design Rights.

1. Log in to the official website of the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office（ https://nipo.gov.ua/en/ ）Click on the navigation bar 'Services'
2: Step 2: Select "SIS search" in the jump section
3: On the patent search page, select the conditions to be queried. For example, select "Application number", enter the application number, and click "Show results" to search for the patent.
4: Click on the patent name to check the legal status of the patent.
5: Click on the "State of affairs" button on the left side of the page to view the paid information for the patent.
