Composed of nine circular coral island groups. Tuvalu has scarce resources, barren land, backward agriculture, and almost no industry. Listed as one of the least developed countries by the United Nations. Family is the most basic unit of production and life. Collective labor, mainly engaged in fishing and planting coconuts, bananas, taro, and the obtained items are evenly distributed within the family. Trading is mainly based on bartering.

3. The Office of the Attorney General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Commerce and Public Companies of Tuvalu is responsible for managing trademark affairs, and the official languages are English and Tuvalu.
4. The trademark laws of Tuvalu stipulate that trademark rights are based on the principle of application first served.
5. We use the UK's product classification system. The types of trademarks include: commodity trademarks, service trademarks, series trademarks, and joint trademarks.
Due to Tuvalu being a member of the Commonwealth and currently lacking its own trademark system and regulations, trademark protection on the island can only be applied for based on existing UK single country registration. Users registered as registered trademarks in the UK can also apply for registration as trademark users in Tuvalu at any time during the term of the registered trademark.
