Apply for renewal 12 months in advance, with a grace period of 6 months, which cannot be restored after the grace period. After the deadline, the third party has the right to re register the trademark at any time. If the trademark is not used within 5 years from the date of registration, it may be subject to revocation litigation by a third party.

Submit application materials to the Trademark Office, pay the application fee, and wait for notification of acceptance.
The Trademark Office shall conduct a formal and substantive examination of the application within 90 days after submission, checking whether there are absolute or relative grounds for rejection. If approved, an approval notice will be issued.
The Trademark Office will publish the approved trademark for a period of three months. During this period, any third party may raise objections.
If there are no objections or the objections are rejected, the Trademark Office will issue a registration notice requiring payment of registration and announcement fees within 30 days. After payment of the fee, a registration certificate will be issued, and the trademark will be valid for 10 years from the date of application.
According to the latest registered trademark, the time to register a new trademark is approximately 10 months.
