Patent fee reduction filing

Starting from January 2023, the latest policy of reducing patent fees for filing will be implemented. The entire process of the latest operation is as follows

1、 Materials required before applying for fee reduction registration

1. Individual user: name, ID number number, mobile phone number

2. Enterprise users: company name, unified social credit code, legal person name, legal person ID number, operator mobile number, verification code (if the operator does not have a personal account, the operator name and operator ID number number shall be provided)

2、 Materials required for fee reduction after successful registration

1. Individual user: A4 paper on both sides of the ID card printed on the same page, signed and scanned copies, income proof documents, or stamped scanned copies of school instructions

2. Enterprise users: scanned copy of business license with seal, scanned copy of A-class tax report with seal from the previous year; Scanned copy of the stamped cover of the previous year's tax declaration form; Explanation of the situation where the establishment has been less than one year.

Step 1: Registration, you can choose natural person registration, legal person registration (company registration, registration information must be completely consistent with the business license), or agency registration, as shown in the following figure:

Step 2: Enter all the information marked with * and click submit to register.

Enterprise User Registration

After clicking on the agreement, enter the enterprise registration page

Enter information, marked with * as required, click next.

Has the top operator registered as a natural person? If the operator has a personal account, select 'Registered' and enter the registration information, then click 'Submit';

If the agent does not have a personal account, select 'Unregistered' and enter the corresponding information. Click 'Submit' to register successfully.

After successfully registering the account, you can log in to start the fee reduction filing process

The detailed operation process for fee reduction filing is as follows

1. As shown in the figure below: Click on the dropdown list of the patent affairs service system to reduce fees for filing

Individual users:

Select business processing:

Fill in the previous year's income (personal expenses deduction requirement is that the previous year's income is less than 60000 yuan), check the corresponding year and whether to receive SMS notifications, and click next

Upload the proof of patent fee reduction, and individuals can upload their ID card and previous year's income proof (if the individual is under 18 years old or is a student, the income proof can be replaced with a school certificate, school certificate, and income proof). Click submit and wait for the patent agency to review;

Enterprise users:

Enter the fee reduction information filling interface, fill in the previous year's tax amount (the requirement for enterprise fee reduction is that the previous year's tax amount is less than 1 million yuan), check the corresponding year and whether to receive SMS notifications. After filling in, click Next

Upload the certificate of patent fee reduction, and the enterprise shall upload a copy of its business license stamped with the official seal and the previous year's tax report of Class A. If the enterprise has not been established for more than one year, the previous year's tax report of Class A can be replaced with a statement indicating that the registration has not been completed for more than one year. Click submit and wait for the approval of the patent agency.
