Once the review is approved, an announcement will be arranged, which will be published in the official newspaper every 10 days. The objection period is 30 working days from the last announcement date;
If there are no objections or objections are not established during the announcement period, the trademark will be approved for registration and a trademark registration certificate will be issued to the applicant.
After registration, in order to obtain the renewal certificate, an annual fee needs to be paid (or paid in full at the time of renewal);
After registration, to prevent third-party revocation based on three consecutive years of non use, it is recommended to pay "Non use Taxes" every three years.
