2. The Trademark Law includes Law No. 6, which came into effect on April 12, 1939, and the Regulations of October 12, 1939.
3. The acquisition of trademark rights in Grenada is based on registration in the United Kingdom.
4. Applicant qualification: Any trademark owner registered in the UK under the 1938 UK Trademark Act, or any person who obtains the right to use a registered trademark through transfer or other means, may apply for registration with the Grenada Trademark Registration Authority for all or part of the goods designated by the trademark during the validity period of the UK registration.
Those who obtain trademark registration as a user in the UK can apply to Grenada for registration as a trademark user.
5. Registration follows the principle of "use first" and accepts multiple categories for one form.
The trademark is valid for 10 years from the date of application, and can be renewed 6 months before the expiration date, with a grace period of 6 months.

2. Apply for goods or services;
3. Trademark design;
4. Copy of the applicant's business license or identification document;
5. Power of attorney (notarized and authenticated by embassy);
